REVIEW (Zoom Out)

• [ ] Review my 12-Month Overview and update as necessary
• [ ] What’s on my calendar this month?
• [ ] What’s coming up in my teaching schedule, exhibition calendar, or collection/product releases?
• [ ] Are there any holidays, news items, or timely trends I can piggyback on?
• [ ] Am I neglecting any of the 7 Content Intentions?

ORGANIZE (Gather + Sort)

• [ ] Add fresh content ideas to my Ideas Bank or Subject Cards.
• [ ] Review and sort recent visuals or videos. Move worthy ones to my “Posts” album or visual content library.
• [ ] Remove or archive anything that has already been used.

WRITE (Think + Draft)

• [ ] Review drafts or notes in progress. Flesh out new ideas.
• [ ] Check that weekly or monthly content goals are on track (e.g. newsletter, blog, social posts).
